This notice is provided by VOO Bilişim Çözümleri Ltd. Şti. (“voosec”) as data controller, to inform visitors to the voosec.com website, in line with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
1. Data collected on the site
The server hosting the site keeps standard access logs (IP address, date/time, requested page, browser information) for security and error diagnosis. These logs are processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest and kept for at most three months. Data you share through the contact form is described in section 3.
3. Contact form and contact channels
When you submit the contact form on the site, your full name, email address and message are processed, together with your organisation and phone number if you provide them. The same applies to the name, contact details and request-related data you share when you reach us by email or phone. This processing serves to answer your request and run quotation processes, on the legal bases of the establishment or performance of a contract and of legitimate interest. Form messages are delivered only to our sales team ([email protected]) through VOO's email infrastructure and are not shared with third parties. This data is kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded; if the request leads to a quotation or contract, the periods set by the applicable legislation apply. To prevent abuse of the form, the IP address you submit from is processed for rate limiting, and your IP address and browser information are processed in security logs and kept there for at most three months. Your IP address is also included in the form message and kept for the same period as the message.
4. Transfers
If you consent, data collected by Google Analytics (online identifiers, pages visited, device and browser information, interactions) is processed by Google on servers abroad; this transfer is based on your explicit consent. As the site is delivered through Cloudflare's infrastructure, your IP address and request information pass through Cloudflare servers during your visit. Beyond this, visitor data is shared with authorities only where legally required.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights (to request information, rectification, erasure, objection, and so on) by contacting [email protected]. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
